Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hungary.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across the European Union and are expanding to more regions soon.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by region:

  • Hungary: 2–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • Outside EU: up to 14 business days (customs fees may apply)

How can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over 200 €.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products?

We want you to love every Lunara product. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed (including lash trays, adhesives, and other cosmetics).

Are Lunara products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every Lunara product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.

What material are your lashes made from?

Our lashes are crafted from the highest-quality Korean PBT fibers, ensuring a soft, luxurious feel and perfect consistency.

How many sets can I create from one lash tray?

The number of sets depends on the style and fullness you create. On average, one tray provides material for 3–5 full sets.

Are Lunara products suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The best artistry starts with the best tools. Lunara lashes are designed to be easy to work with, making them perfect for both beginners and professionals.
